Jason Albu is a founding member of NAMC of Central Florida. He is the Chief Executive Officer for Albu & Associates a commercial construction firm that was founded in 1994. Jason graduated from the University of Florida and shortly after graduation became a certified general contractor. Over the years Jason has been involved with exciting projects such as the Amway Center, Orange County Public School projects, Central Energy Plants, Office Buildings, and worked with many retail chains including CVS, Family Dollar and over 100 branch banks throughout Florida. Jason is involved with industry trade organizations and enjoys being a very active member of the Central Florida non-profit community.
Veronica Anderson is a founding member of NAMC Central FL. She is the Senior Attorney, President and Chief Executive Officer of Anderson and Associates, P.A., a law firm established in 2000, that focuses on business law, public policy, estate planning and governmental relations. She is a graduate of Florida State University (Bachelor of Science) and the University of Mississippi (Juris Doctor). She has advanced training in dispute resolution and mediations by the Florida Supreme Court and has directed minority, women, disadvantaged and small business programs in both the public and private sectors for over 26 years. Mrs. Anderson is a member of the Florida and Mississippi Bar.
Vernice Atkins-Bradley is a founding member of NAMC of Central Florida. She is Co-Founder and President/CEO of Votum Construction, LLC founded in 2010 after working ten years with Turner Construction as a senior level director. Votum specializes in general contracting, construction management, and program management for new and renovation projects in the commercial and public sectors. She is licensed as a Certified General Contractor with the State of Florida. Received BA in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida, and Juris Doctor from Barry University. She is widely respected for her business acumen and civic contributions throughout the State.
Sterling C. Blake is a founding member of NAMC Central Florida. He started his business enterprise in 1987, specializing in landscaping and irrigation services. Mr. Blake contributes his business success from a vision from God and his guiding direction. Sterling Silver Scape and Sod, provides commercial and residential services to public sector governmental, and various private sector corporations. His company utilizes innovative and progressive specialized techniques, which continues to lead the firm as one of the largest MBE minority landscaping business organization. Mr. Blake is an ordinated minister and pastors at church in Kissimmee. He is also the Chaplain for the chapter. He holds a Red Jacket (Tuskegee Airman) and actively involved in the James Chapter of Central Florida. He is a board member Osceola County Council for the Aging. Sterling is also involved in other religious and charitable endeavors.
Brian M. Butler is a founding member of NAMC of Central Florida. He has a varied background in sales, marketing, and operations. President/CEO of JCB Construction, Inc. a second generation family-owned company founded in 1987 that specializes in total site development and construction management. Licensed as a Certified Underground Utility Contractor with the State of Florida. Brian received BA in Business Economics from Brown University, and MBA from Duke University. He has served as chair or leadership positions for many business, civic, and charitable organizations such as African American Chamber of Commerce, Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), Metro-Orlando EDC, Ronald McDonald House of Charities, Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Robbin L. Hand is a founding member of NAMC Central Florida on behalf of Tekcontrol. He is the Vice President and General Manager of Paskor Holdings, LLC and an independent construction consultant in Central Florida. He is responsible for both domestic and global operations and proposals for Paskor and parent companies. Mr. Hand maintains 30+ years of Construction Management, Design, Consulting Management, Contract Administration, Project Logistics/Analysis, Value Engineering, Cost Control and Scheduling. Mr. Hand has a strong background of new and retrofit Industrial, Institutional, Health Care, Commercial and Residential type projects. Mr. Hand has served the Central Florida WMBE Community since 2001 through numerous volunteer positions of construction and small business mentoring, funding and management of MBE contractor projects, FAMU Instructor of FDOT courses, Turner School of Construction Management and Construction Related professional assistance.
Jennifer Harper is a founding member of NAMC Central Florida and its Executive Director. She is a construction, business and human resource profession. She holds an associate degree in Construction Management from Spring Garden College, BA in Business Administration from Barry University and dual Masters in Human Resources Management and MBA from Webster University. She is currently a doctoral student in the Doctor of Education Program in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University, Tampa Florida. Her work experience includes 25 years as a construction project management professional; specializing in contract compliance, business development/marketing, consulting, diversity, workforce planning and apprenticeship training initiatives. Her State of FL project portfolio includes; Dr. Philip Performing Arts Center, Amway Center (2010), OCPS School Construction and Orange County Convention Center Phase V Project. She has worked for several major international firms on projects across the US.
Anderson C. Hill, II is a founding member of NAMC of Central Florida. He serves as President and Founder of HZ Construction, Inc. HZ has been involved in the construction of more than 15 public schools, which includes 3 high schools. As a result of his educational facilities construction, to give back, Anderson is the founder of Education is Cool - Get One, Inc. EIC is a strong advocate for increasing family participation in the educational process. He has been formally recognized by the University of Florida as its first minority graduate with a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees in 1982. Hill has a strong passion for business development.
Michael D. Young is a founding member of NAMC Central FL. He is the President/CEO of ACY Contractors, LLC., a local general contractor and construction management firm. Michael is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction and is actively involved in several other organizations.
Rami Sadrack is a founding member of NAMC Central FL. He is the Co-owner of Axios Construction Services, LLC., a local general contractor and construction management firm. Rami is a graduate of the University of Central Florida School of Mechanical Engineering and is actively involved in several other organizations.
